Welcome to LayerLords — where bold designs are formed in layers and owned by few. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or purchasing from LayerLords, you agree to these Terms.
Who We Are
LayerLords is a creative e-commerce venture operated by an individual entrepreneur. We offer 3D-printed accessories, collectibles, and custom goods formed layer-by-layer and designed with care.
As of now, LayerLords is not a registered company under any business act in India.
Product Information

- All products are 3D-printed on demand or in limited drops.

- Slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions are normal due to the nature of 3D printing.

- We make every effort to display product details accurately, but we can’t guarantee perfect color accuracy on all screens.
Pricing & Payments

- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- We accept UPI, net banking, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

- Once a payment is confirmed, orders cannot be altered or cancelled unless explicitly allowed.
Shipping & Delivery

- We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days depending on location and product type.

- You’ll receive tracking info once the product is dispatched.

- Shipping delays due to third-party carriers are outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed items:

- All sales are final.

- We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- For eligible issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos.
Intellectual Propert
All designs, products, logos, and brand assets are the intellectual property of LayerLords.
You may not reproduce, sell, or modify our designs without written permission.
User Conduct

- Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools without our consent.

- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Drop System & Limited Runs
Products may be released in limited quantities (“Drops”).
Availability is first-come, first-serve. We do not reserve or hold products in carts.
Limitation of Liability

- Minor defects inherent in 3D printing

- Delays caused by courier services

- Any indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our platform
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
Governing Law
The platform is operated in an individual capacity. We make no warranties or representations beyond what is stated on the product page. Your use of the site is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.
