At LayerLords, every product is custom-built, crafted layer-by-layer to bring bold designs to life. Because of the nature of our 3D-printed products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and cancellations.
All Sales Are Final
We operate on a strict no-return, no-exchange basis for all orders.
Each item is made on-demand or in limited drops and is not eligible for return due to change of mind or personal preference.
Order Cancellations

Cancellation is only allowed before your order is processed or printed.

Once the item has entered the production or packaging stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it at care@layerlords.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we quality-check everything before shipping, damage during transit can occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund only if:

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

You provide clear unboxing photos/videos showing the damage

The product has not been used or altered
Once verified, we’ll either:

Reprint and send a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a full refund (as applicable)
Refunds (if approved)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstance.

You’ll receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Eligible Items for Refund or Replacement
You are not eligible for a return or refund if:

You submitted incorrect address or contact details

You didn’t collect the package, and it was returned to us

The damage claim was made after 48 hours

The item shows signs of use, wear, or tampering
